What does a chronic pain coach do?
Living with chronic pain affects not only your body, but also your energy, emotions, relationships, and daily life. As a chronic pain coach, I help people learn to manage their pain so that it no longer dictates their entire lives.
My coaching isn’t focused on curing the condition, but on improving your quality of life. Together, we’ll explore the factors that influence your experience of pain, such as stress, emotions, thoughts, lifestyle, and energy balance. You’ll learn practical techniques to better manage pain, experience more peace of mind, and gradually regain trust in your own body.
Who is a chronic pain coach intended for?
Chronic pain coaching is available to anyone who has been experiencing pain for more than three months and finds that it is affecting their daily life. This includes people with back or neck pain, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, migraines, nerve pain, rheumatic conditions, or other long-term pain issues. Even if you feel misunderstood, have trouble setting boundaries, or want to regain more control over your life, coaching can be a valuable complement to medical treatment.
How does coaching work for chronic pain?
Everyone experiences pain differently. That’s why every coaching program is personalized and tailored to your situation, needs, and goals. During the sessions, we focus not only on the pain itself, but especially on what you need to regain balance, resilience, and quality of life.
Through conversations, mindfulness, practical exercises, and proven coaching techniques, we work to reduce stress, boost self-confidence, and develop healthy ways to cope with chronic pain. The goal is not for pain to dictate your life, but for you to take back control and make room for what truly matters to you.
