Chronic pain can take up more and more space—not just in your body, but also in your thoughts, your schedule, your relationships, your work, and your confidence in what’s still possible. Sometimes it feels as if the pain is taking center stage, while you yourself are left with less and less room.
But you are not your pain.
As a Life Guide Coach, I help people living with chronic pain rediscover balance, direction, and inner strength. Not by pretending the pain isn’t there, but by working together to explore how you can reshape your life while embracing today’s reality.
Chronic pain often requires adaptation. It calls for gentleness. It calls for setting new boundaries. But it also calls for rediscovering what gives you energy, what is meaningful to you, and what you can once again feel in control of.
In my coaching sessions, we work on things like coping with the emotional impact of pain, finding a healthy balance between rest and activity, recognizing patterns that hold you back, and building self-confidence. We look at what your body is telling you, but also at what your heart, your values, and your desires are telling you.
An article about life coaching and chronic pain was recently published on the LogAlgos website, in which my coaching is mentioned as a complementary form of support for people who, in addition to medical care, also need personal guidance, awareness, and resilience.

Living with chronic pain doesn’t mean your life has to come to a standstill. Sometimes change begins with a different question: not “How can I get back to who I was as quickly as possible?”, but “How can I stay true to myself today, despite everything that’s going on?”
That’s where freedom begins.
That’s where control begins.
That’s where a new kind of quality of life begins.
